Music Video Planning & Preparation - Narrative Development
Although I already had an initial idea of what I wanted the narrative of my music video to be, I found myself struggling when it came to fitting the ideas with the timing of the song. To make this easier for myself I printed out a copy of the lyrics and made notes on them whilst listening to my chosen song on repeat. I found this very helpful as I used these notes as the final template when creating my storyboard.

Music Video Planning & Preparation - Possible Locations
As part of my planning and preparation I went out and took photos of possible location ideas for the shooting of my music video. So I had some idea of what they would look like in the music video, I got my friend Liam, who will be the main character of the music video, to pose in some of them. I am not fully sure as to whether or not I will be using these locations for filming but I am still posting them onto my blog to show the processes I have gone through in coming to my final product. This slideshow was made using Picasa and the song featured on it is 'Lightning Bolt' by Jake Bugg.
